Police seize cocaine worth an estimated £300,000 in Doagh
Two men have been arrested after police seized what they believe to be cocaine worth an estimated £300,000.
It happened near Doagh in County Antrim on Friday afternoon.
Prescription drugs with an estimated street value of £500 and money were also found, after officers stopped two vehicles on the Templepatrick Road.
The men, aged 27 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of a number of drugs offences and are currently in police custody.
Detective Inspector Keith Gawley said: “This operation is yet another example of our determination to reduce the availability of this drug and I appeal to anyone who has any concerns or information about illegal drugs to contact police.”
