Rapper Stormzy claims 'feds' wrecked his door
Rapper Stormzy has claimed his front door was kicked in by police officers who thought he was a burglar.
The grime artist, real name Michael Omari, posted a photo on Twitter showing what he said was his destroyed front door.
“Woke up to Feds destroying my front door coz apparently I’m a burglar who burgles his own home,” the singer wrote in the post.

Stormzy attended the Elle Style Awards on Monday night before the supposed incident, and has demanded the Metropolitan Police pays for the damage.
“@metpoliceuk need your bank details still,” he wrote.
Dozens of messages of support from fans followed, with some users saying the rapper should be compensated.

Stormzy responded to one message describing the police as “too foul” and added to another “doubt either of us will be getting a damn thing my guy lol”.
The Met Police responded on Stormzy’s Twitter post, saying: “Hi, if you wish to make a complaint please DM us so we can take some more details. Thanks.”
The singer was nominated for a Brit award and announced this week that his UK tour sold out in less than four days.
A spokeswoman for Stormzy declined to comment.
